Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just before the main strip and on a trolley stop, making it ideal for exploring Gatlinburg without the hustle and bustle. The service was top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed sitting by the river and listening to the relaxing water. The dining experience, although basic, was a good way to start the day. The rooms, while showing the age of the property, were comfortable and had a unique layout with outside entrance doors. Overall, a great value for the money!
The hotel was spotless and made for a very sound and relaxing sleep with nice and clean 1990's style beds. The service was very nice and helpful, especially in finding a space near our room when everyone was around. The location was close to everything in Gatlinburg but felt unsafe on the balcony due to being right beside the stairs. The dining experience was very good overall, though it wasn't what we expected for the room price. The facilities are well-maintained, and they even offered a Tower Suite upgrade at no extra charge.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the strip and close to attractions, but the rooms were outdated and extremely small. The service was very helpful and friendly, especially the staff at breakfast. The dining options were just good enough, heavy on carbs with limited protein choices. The facilities were adequate, but nothing exceptional.
